The Kellys are called to share the Gospel in the community of Haapsalu. Part of the vision is the Evangelism and Discipleship of Teens and Young Adults, as well as partnering with other Foursquare pastors and missionaries across the country to grow their ministries and churches.  They currently run a program called "Thread of Life" - A new outreach ministry for at-risk youth.
