The Foursquare Church follows a Modified Episcopal form of church government. This means that Lead (senior) Pastors are appointed by the President in consultation with the Unit Supervisor and Church Council. Staff Pastors are appointed by the Lead Pastor in consultation with the Church Council. We don't license ministers at large but only issue licenses for those who are under appointment.
The Prospective Minister's Form is an opportunity for you to let us know about your interest in ministry. It will take 15-20 minutes to fill in this form and you will need to attach a current CV (Resume) and photo. Progress can be saved so you don't have to complete it in one sitting.
